Melt 1 Tablespoon margarine in a covered shallow dish for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Mix 2 Tablespoons water, 4 eggs, pinch each of salt and pepper, and your choice of dried herbs, grated cheese, chopped cooked ham, chopped onion, chopped green pepper in a bowl.
Brush the melted margarine around the base and sides of the dish. Pour in the egg mixture.
Cover and cook for 1 minute, stir gently, cook for another minute.
Uncover and cook 1 minute.
Serve immediately.
