Peel and cube 3 large potatoes.
In a 3-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, combine potatoes, 2 slices of onion (chopped), 2 Tablespoons margarine, 2 cloves minced garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon oregano, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon paprika.
Heat in microwave on high until margarine melts, about 1 minute, stir. Cook 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
