Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash then cut small red potatoes into halves or quarters so they are all about 2" pieces. Put them in an ungreased baking pan with the cut sides up.
Drizzle olive oil over the top of the potatoes.
Sprinkle chopped fresh or dried rosemary leaves and sliced green onions over the potatoes.
Bake uncovered about 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
