Fruit Cobblers for Two

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Use two oven proof custard cups and put ½ cup of pie filling in each custard cup.

Stir ½ cup biscuit mix, 2 Tablespoons milk, 1 Tablespoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon softened margarine together until a soft dough forms. Spoon half the dough on top of pie filling in each cup.

Sprinkle with additional sugar if desired.

Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until topping is light brown.
