Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in saucepot. Add 1 chopped onion and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (or ½ teaspoon fresh minced garlic) and cook until tender.
Add 1, 10.75 oz., can condensed cream of celery soup and 1, 10.75 oz., can condensed cream of potato soup.
Stir in 1 1/2 soup cans milk and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.Heat to a boil.
Add your choice of seafood.
- 1, 6.5 oz., can drained shrimp or 1/2 lb. fresh or thawed frozen shrimp, deveined; - 1, 6.5 oz., can drained minced clams
- 1, 6.5 oz., can drained minced crab meat or ½ lb. fresh or thawed frozen crab meat
- 1/2 lb. fresh or thawed frozen firm white fish fillet (Cod, haddock or halibut), cut into 1" pieces
Cook 5 minutes over low heat or until done.
